As a homeowner in Rocky Point for the past ten years, I have gained a deep understanding of the many factors that influence Real Estate decisions. Having lived in the city for most of my life, I started craving a change of scenery and an idyllic setting to lay down roots with my husband. Although we spent quite a bit of time in my husband’s hometown of Hicksville, my craving led us to discover Rocky Point and the surrounding areas of Long Island’s North Shore.
We were drawn to the beautiful beaches along the Long Island Sound, the sprawling Pine Barrens Nature Preserve and the close proximity to incredible North Fork Vineyards, Farm Stands and top-rated schools. We were also drawn to the strong sense of community, which we felt before we even moved in!
